何年振りか覚えていないくらい久しぶりに歯のクリーニングに行ったのが横山デンタルクリニックでした。
歯医者は私が一番行きたくない場所でした。
院長先生に自分の口の中の状況を写真などで解説してもらい治療する所が何ヵ所か見つかりました。
また、クリーニングも全体的にして頂き自分が磨き残しやすい場所も教えてもらいました。
教えて頂いた通りに自分で意識していたら、前回と比べてとてもきれいになったと歯科衛生士の方に言われて嬉しく感じました。
歯と歯の間の汚れがなくなってとってもスッキリです。
初めて来た時に撮影した自分の歯と比べてみると違いがはっきりとわかりました。
仕事が休みの日、毎週の様に通っています。
少しずつ口に中がキレイになっていくので今では歯医者に行くのがとっても楽しみです。
